It shows details of the Species Action Plans (SAPs), Strategies and Working Groups relevant to the bird species covered by Scotland's 2019-2024 Habitats Regulations report.

The Implementation Report has been produced in accordance with Regulation 3ZA of the Conservation (Natural Habitats &c.) Regulations 1994 (the Habitats Regulations).
It gives an overview of the implementation of measures taken in Scotland to meet the provisions of the Birds and Habitats Directives, and to achieve the objectives of those Directives during the period 2019-2024. You can find the report on the Scottish Government website.

This dataset will not be updated. The Habitats Regulations ensure that European sites are protected and managed and continue to operate, as they have done since their original designation. This includes reporting on the sites and the network every six years. Datasets associated with future reporting will be published separately as appropriate.
